We could sense the unavailability of locations in the coming days as the second wave of COVID 19 was already a part of us. Taking all these factors into account, the storyline got dropped. All these dropped plans indicated a lack of futuristic thinking in our team.
During those low times, we decided to select a location first and then the script corresponding to it. The only venues we felt could be available easily during partial lockdown are cafes and restaurants. The storyline comprises a protagonist taking a food challenge and facing some larger-than-life incidents thereafter.
All these months made me realize one thing that we cannot get carried away in the whole process of filmmaking. We cannot be in the state of the captivity of negativity by our imaginary thoughts. Seeing my friends launching numerous films did not blur my perspective. I kept on crawling up the ladder of improvement with every instance.
