The raw idea conveys the torment amidst an old couple who could not meet due to the lack of communication in 2019. We dropped the idea, as the absence of a communicating medium is rarely seen in the modern era. I assembled my team and started thinking of ways how we can make the idea more alluring.
The final idea that we selected was a little different, keeping the core of the script the same. We tried portraying the beauty of vintage Maharastra of the early 2000s where an old couple got separated due to lack of communication.
The difference was minor but the impact seems to be enormous till now.
